LOUP ships to Sweden. Below are key details regarding our shipping process, costs, and delivery times.
Shipping Methods & Costs
- Domestic (Sweden): Orders typically ship via Postnord with an estimated delivery of 2–5 business days.
Order Processing Time
- We usually process and dispatch orders within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- High order volumes or customs processing (for international orders) may delay shipping.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
Customs & Duties (International)
For orders shipped outside the EU, local VAT or import fees may be imposed by your local customs authorities. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise noted.
Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up from a customs office or carrier facility, we may charge a re-shipping fee.

Return/Refund Policy

At LOUP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help.
Return Window
- EU/EEA: Under EU law, consumers often have a 14-day “cooling-off” period for online purchases. If you are an EU resident, you have the right to cancel within 14 days without giving any reason.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, with tags/labels, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different item, please contact us at hello@louphanger.com. Depending on stock availability, we will process an exchange or advise on alternative solutions.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- For EU customers exercising the 14-day cooling-off right, you may be responsible for return shipping unless stated otherwise in our policy.
